Brittany Guzmán Taylor, L.E.

Brittany GBrittany has been a makeup artist for more than a decade. She earned her BA in Theatre Design (specializing in Makeup Design) from the College of Santa Fe in New Mexico. While there, she took extensive courses in conceptual beauty throughout time and throughout different cultures.  Brittany believes all makeup artistry should come from a point of identity and be executed with intention. If the eyes really are windows to the soul, and lips can speak volumes without saying a word, then a makeup artist must depict those messages.

A Denver native, Brittany returned to Colorado after graduating and acquired her Esthetician license.  Having a passion for healthful and natural skincare, she earned her Certification as a Dr. Hauschka Esthetician.  She now practices natural aesthetics and free-lance makeup artistry. Her makeup skills include glamour, avant garde, character, body painting and effects. She works with all mediums of makeup, including airbrush. Brittany works closely with various bridal and editorial photographers and her work is published in “Snow White: A Very Scary Story” by Susan Florence.

Brittany is thrilled to be able to share her passion for makeup artistry with her students and teach them how to create makeup that is beautiful and authentic.
