Delaney Barbour

With an unwavering passion for education and professional growth, Delaney Barbour has dedicated her career to shaping the next generation of beauty and wellness professionals. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Delaney pursued her passion for holistic health at the Aveda Institute Denver, where she graduated valedictorian and became dual licensed in massage therapy and esthetics in 2010.

She began her career as a dual-licensed therapist, quickly realizing that what she really loved was educating her guests on their skin care and body routines. The newfound love led Delaney to take on a teaching position in esthetics, where she discovered a talent for mentoring others and elevating service standards. The passion for leadership and education led her to transition into many roles within beauty and wellness schools, including roles such as an Esthetics Coach, Spa team Lead, Director of Education, and School Director.

Delaney’s work bridges education and real-world application, empowering learners to achieve their full potential. She believes that teaching is not only about sharing knowledge but also about inspiring curiosity, confidence, and purpose in the student’s craft. Extensive experience in teaching, management, mentorship, and curriculum development reflects Delaney’s belief that “learning never ends.”
