“As one of our former massage students, Mathea is not only an experienced massage therapist, but has an ever-growing passion for learning and the healing arts. Before venturing into the world of massage, she studied environmental sustainability and Spanish, living and studying in Costa Rica. She has always been captivated by the world of wellness, finding solace and inspiration in nature and music – whether she’s hiking, practicing yoga, dancing, singing in her local choir, reading, or playing instruments, Mathea values nurturing her inner artist and connecting with nature.
This school found a home in her heart, and her intention is to extend that to each and every student that comes through. Her goal is to act as a support and conduit to help each student achieve their aspirations and empower them with education.
Mathea always has a smile and a kind word for everyone! She’s incredibly sweet, kind and clearly capable. From day one, she brought a calming presence and a can-do attitude that makes everything smoother. It’s always a joy to interact with her–a fantastic addition to an already amazing staff!
