Visit a skin specialist. Whether you have never done so before or have regular visits with your dermatologist, your skin will benefit from a top to bottom check-up. A skin specialist will be able to tell you if anything is abnormal that you may not have noticed, and can keep tabs on any moles.
Self-examine! If you have already seen your skin doctor this year, give yourself regular self-checkups (at least once a month). This will help you keep track of any changes or concerns that may require a professional opinion.
Stay hydrated. As the saying goes, it is important to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Your skin will stay hydrated, nourished, and glowing from the inside out!
